Pam Burridge Surf Schools operates in 3 main locations Bendalong, Narrawallee and Mollymook.
At Bendalong we surf at Washerwomans Beach. A nice protected north facing beach that offers great waves fo learning. Excellent for kids and not so strong swimmers due to it's long flat sandbank. Only good on the higher tides so that is why the lesson times vary so much.
Directions for Bendalong - Take Princes Hwy to Bendalong turn off, drive approx 12 kms & turn left at Maple Street go approx 500m and turn right into Washerwomans Beach car park. If you come to a one lane bridge you have gone too far.
Narrawallee and Mollymook lessons service the same area and are interchangeable. We use Narrawallee during peak seasons and go right down to the middle of the beach to keep away from possible crowds. Likewise Mollymook can get crowded so we tend to go there for early morning lessons or during less busy times. Narrawallee prefers a higher tide while Mollymook is better on a mid tide usually. But with the ocean all thing can change.
Directions for Narrawallee - From Princes Hwy @ Milton turn east on Matron Porter Drive 3kms approx @ Parkinson St park on right side of road at reserve beach access. Look for Surf School Van (don't get confused as there is another surfschool with a sign up on this road sometimes, keep going straight to Parkinson St unless advised otherwise)
Directions for Mollymook - From Princes Hwy turn east on Matron Porter Drive and turn right on Garside Drive, go to T intersection turn left on Donlon Road, turn left on Mithell Pde turn right on Beach Road. North Mollymook beach is a cul de sac at the northern end of the beach. Protected from summer Nor East winds.
